Refund policy
At The Man Cave Project, our products are created in limited quantities and, in some cases, made to order. We therefore follow the return and refund terms below.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the package
- Photographs of the product and the issue
We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
Returns are accepted only where the product is eligible for return and has not been used, modified or damaged after delivery.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Products that are personalized, custom-made, made to order, or specifically produced for an individual order may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Limited Edition & Preorder Products
Limited-edition and preorder products may have specific production and dispatch timelines stated on the product page.
Once production has commenced for a preorder or limited-edition product, cancellation or refund eligibility may be subject to the specific terms stated for that product.
Refunds
Once an approved return or refund is processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Non-Returnable Items
The following may not be eligible for return:
- Personalized products
- Custom-made products
- Made-to-order products
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without prior approval
